Device Supply Request

To request supplies for a Canon device at Arizona State University, please fill out the form below or call our Help Desk. Recycle your empty toner and waste container cartridges! Place them inside a blue bin or beside a campus mail bin. Find out more about toner recycling at ASU.

Tempe Campus - Toner cartridges are now shipped directly to your office. They will be delivered by UPS or FedEx instead of an ASU-Canon representative. This process will improve delivery times and has been successful for Downtown, West, Polytechnic and Havasu. Please contact us if there are questions or concerns.

Please ensure your device has standby toner cartridges on hand. After installing a new toner, place an order to replenish your standby. You may order only one toner at a time.
